This half-day off road tour in our 4-wheel drive vehicle starts either from Andros Town, Batsi or Gavrio. Meet your off-road driver and start your journey to reach the remote north side of the island for a fantastic jeep experience.

Follow the small country roads and tracks and discover the hidden landscapes and villages of North Andros. Our first stop is the millers’ village of Froussei. The adventure continues with a 40-minute walk along a ravine of unparalleled beauty, which is located between Ammolochos and Palaistos. Admire the derelict watermills with the houses that were still open half-way through the 20th century, including the unique mill village in Andros that served the villages in the area around it.

Let your driver take you for a swim to Zorgos beach, at the edge of one of the island’s wetlands. Swim, lay back, relax and enjoy some free time on the beach.

Our trip continues on an off-road course along fairly even dirt roads crossing the mountainous region of North Andros and stops for a refreshing dive at one of the dozens beaches situated at the bottom of steep cliffs that we meet on the way.

Before returning back the option of a generous and delicious meal at Kossis Farm awaits those who would wish to try local meat dishes.

Notes: Information will be given at the beginning of the trip. Each jeep carries up to 3 passengers and the driver and is equipped with water, snacks, a map of the island and a first aid kit. The tour is guided and every jeep has a lead driver. Guests wishing to drive themselves need to carry a valid full driving license.

Advice: Wear comfortable clothes. Bring your camera, hat, beach towel and swimming gear.
