This rock climbing and abseiling adventure day is designed to be fun and friendly! Meet your guide in the morning and get a transfer to your climbing site. Our instructor will get you learning the techniques and skills involved in both climbing and abseiling. There are a variety of routes to choose from so there’s something to suit all abilities. Vouni is situated in the South of Andros with the beautiful limestone cliffs and 7 routes on the climbing area (8-12m). From here, you’ll have a stunning view of the surrounding area and to the sea. Beginner climbers will be safely watched at every step to gain the first tips of the climbing techniques with climbing gear. More experienced climbers will get the chance to improve their level of expertise and create great memories while climbing amongst the cliffs.

Begin your exciting day in Chora by meeting your guide in the morning. Then head, about a half an hour driving, to Vouni, while your guide is giving you a short briefing. On your route your will cross the Dipotamata Valley, an area of absolute nature protection.
Take a 10-minute walk to reach the crag and the top of the cliff and enjoy the panoramic view to the sea and the surrounding mountains. Then be ready to partake as much climbs as you can, of varying difficulties. Our guide will tailor the climbs to your level and you will get the best of your day. Enough time to relax with some refreshing drinks and snacks, and soak up the rewarding views, before beginning the drive back to Chora.

Optional : Your day trip can end in Korthi Bay and the pristine beach “Grias Pidima Beach” where you have enough free time to swim, relax or have lunch before driving back to Chora and the meeting point. Check for details on your BOOK NOW form.

• This activity is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. You have to be able to walk approximately 1/2 hour, at a slow pace, on uneven surfaces and steps. A moderate amount of walking is involved

• If you fear heights or you have back or muscular problems should not take part in this activity

• Children less than 7 years old are not allowed.
  Younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult

• Insurance: Participants should be covered by their own personal travel-health insurance prior to the trip. The personal insurance must at least cover medical expenses as well as air rescue and the cost of repatriation.
