A gentle morning walk takes us to the lush area of Sariza Springs, followed by a visit to the Pythara Waterfalls and the nearby Botanical Garden, where Andros’ rich flora comes alive.
We enjoy a relaxed outdoor picnic, surrounded by greenery and running water.
In the evening, we explore Korthi, one of the island’s most authentic regions, on an off-the-beaten-track sightseeing tour, discovering hidden corners, villages and local stories, with time for swimming.

Today we explore the spiritual and agricultural heart of Andros.
We visit Panachrados Monastery, including a special stop at the painting exhibition hosted within the monastery, before continuing to the mysterious Foros Cave.
The day continues at the Olive Oil Museum, followed by an olive oil tasting at the Pitrofos springs, where water and olive trees shape the landscape and local life.
Free afternoon to enjoy the sea.
In the evening, we take part in a traditional lemon spoon sweet cooking experience, followed by an atmospheric evening walk through the lemon orchards, a landscape deeply connected to the island’s culinary heritage.

The morning begins with a visit to the Archaeological Museum of Andros, offering insight into the island’s long and layered history.
We then head west to explore a different side of the island, with a stop at the Palaeopolis Museum, the ancient capital of Andros.
A traditional Greek coffee at the local kafeneion connects us with everyday island life, followed by a relaxed stop in Batsi for lunch or a refreshing swim.

Today we venture into the wild and less-visited northern part of Andros on a Jeep exploration, discovering dramatic landscapes, remote beaches and panoramic viewpoints.
Along the way, we stop at a local apiary, where we learn about traditional beekeeping on Andros and taste a selection of local honey and bee products, closely linked to the island’s biodiversity and rural economy.

A visit to Livada Farm introduces us to Andros’ rural life, seasonal products and sustainable farming traditions.
We then continue to a local cheese dairy, where we learn about traditional cheesemaking on the island and taste a selection of Andros’ local cheeses, directly from the producers.
In the evening, we return for a hands-on cooking class, where we prepare and enjoy a traditional farewell dinner together.
